Do I need to be an INREV member to join the Annual Conference?
How many guaranteed seats does my company have?
Investment managers, investment banks, and service providers are guaranteed one seat per membership.
Investor and Fund of Funds members are guaranteed two seats per membership.

Do you process registrations on a first come, first served basis?
Do you offer personal seats?
Yes. The following members are entitled to a personal seat:
- Management Board members
- FMAC/IAC members
- Committee chairs
- Honorary members
These seats are personal and cannot be transferred to someone else.
What is the registration deadline for guaranteed and personal seats?
Guaranteed and personal seats are available until 25 February.
When will I receive my confirmation?
We aim to send out the first batch of confirmation emails during the first week of March.
When can I book my travel to Berlin?
We recommend waiting to book your travel until you have received your official confirmation. However, if you are certain of being confirmed—for example, because you have a personal seat or are guaranteed a seat—you may book your travel.
Costs
The conference fee is €2,350 and it includes
- 2 nights accommodation at the InterContinental Berlin (including breakfast)
- Welcome dinner and gala dinner
- Lunches and coffee breaks
- Participation to the 2 days conference
Complimentary Seats
Most investor members are entitled to one complimentary seat.
Investor members: One seat is complimentary, and the other reserved seat is invoiced at €2,350.
Introductory investor members who joined after September 2023: One seat is complimentary, and the other reserved seat is invoiced at €2,350.
Introductory investor members who joined before September 2023: Both seats are payable at the full conference rate of €2,350.
What if we want to register more people?
It is possible to register additional representatives for the Annual Conference. However, these members can only register for the waiting list.
Can you make any exceptions on the number of seats?
Unfortunately, we cannot. Our policy is to ensure all members have an equal opportunity to register.
Waiting list? Is the conference already fully booked?
The conference is not fully booked yet. However, we first offer all our members the chance to register for their guaranteed seat(s) and personal seats until 25 February. After this date, we will start assigning available seats to members on the waiting list.
I am on the waiting list. When will I be updated?
We aim to update those on the waiting list from 3 March onwards.
Waiting list first come, first served?
No. Allocation of seats from the waiting list is at INREV’s discretion to ensure the attendees list reflects the overall membership.
Can I register on behalf of somebody else?
No, you need to register on our website, being logged in with the account of the person who would like to register.
Investor Only Seminar
The Investor Only seminar on 22 April is open to Investor and Fund of Funds members only.
Hotel Accommodation
Hotel accommodation at the InterContinental Berlin is included on 22 and 23 April. In your confirmation email, we will explain how to book additional nights.
