During the session, Aksel Lundquist, Fund Manager at Brunswick Real Estate will present how Brunswick business has evolved over time in parallel with the growth of the overall fund management industry. In addition, he will present on the Nordic real estate financing market and the alternatives to bank financing including Debt funds. Prior to the GFC, the majority of all lending to European CRE was done by banks, however, during recent years this has changed and non-bank lending has come to play a more important role within this field.
