High quality fund reporting comes as a standard requirement in today’s market so it is increasingly important to ensure that you have the right building blocks in place to produce accurate, transparent and consistent reporting to investors.

This practical one-day introductory course outlines the key elements in fund valuation and reporting in line with the INREV Guidelines to help you understand and replicate best practice in this area.

The course will address the INREV Guidelines focusing on their approach and implementation.

It will provide an overview of current reporting market best practices and methodologies with a focus on the INREV Reporting framework.

The course will take an in-depth look at the implications of using INREV Net Asset Value (NAV) with an explanation of the adjustments as well as calculation examples.
It will also explain and help put into practice INREV fee metrics, including the INREV Total Expense Ratio and will examine the INREV Standard Data Delivery Sheet (SDDS) and its implications for reporting and management information systems.

As a recent addition to the programme, the course will now also look at fund pricing methodologies and its implications for investors.

The course will include the following topics:

  • INREV Guidelines
  • Reporting best practices in the industry including Integrated Reporting Framework
  • Understanding INREV NAV principles
  • Fee metrics

The course will be given by leading industry experts with an emphasis on group discussions and case studies to allow participants to share their views.
