Description

German Vehicles Index and Investor Universe 2019 - Frankfurt

, Frankfurt

Join us in Frankfurt this year where we will present the quarterly results of the German Vehicles Index as well as the findings of the Investor Universe Study 2019.

The German Vehicles Index was launched in 2016 and has become the leading indicator for the German non-listed real estate market.

Join us in Frankfurt on 18 June where we will present the quarterly results of the German Vehicles Index and provide insights on the performance of Spezialfonds, Publikumsfonds and other vehicles domiciled in Germany.

It promises to be an excellent opportunity to better understand the composition of the index, to actively participate and listen to key industry figures discuss and share views on the road ahead for the transparency of the non-listed real estate industry.

This year we will also present the Investor Universe Study 2019. This is a country-specific study which explores the European institutional investor landscape, the size of the institutional universe, the motivations for investing in real estate and the hurdles that prevent investors from doing so, across 8 countries: Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, UK, Switzerland.

Professor Tobias Just, Managing Director at the IRE|BS Immobilienakademie and Professor for Real Estate at the University of Regensburg, will present the findings from the study.
