You are cordially invited to attend the INREV Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 2 April 2019 at 18:00 at the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice.
At the AGM the INREV Annual Report 2018, the restructure to the membership fee, the Management Board composition 2019 and the changes to the Article of Association will be on the agenda. All resolutions are mentioned in the notice of the meeting.
As a main representative of your company, with full membership you will have the opportunity to vote during the AGM. If you are not attending, you may wish to appoint a proxy by completing and returning the proxy form available on the following link.
To be valid, it must be signed and reach the INREV office no later than 18:00 CET on Friday 22 March 2019.
All members are welcome to attend the AGM but only members who are registered for the Annual Conference can join conference related events on 2, 3 and 4 April.
