Description

Young Professionals' Link and Learn Breakfast Munich

,

INREV is delighted to invite young professionals to register for the next INREV Link and Learn Breakfast. INREV Link and Learn is a local business network/forum for young professionals to discuss hot topics and practical subjects relevant to the non-listed real estate industry.

During the breakfast, we will discuss the co-working office sector, which is undergoing a period of significant growth. The way we work and the ways in which businesses are organised are evolving rapidly, driven by technological advances. As a result, the type of workspace businesses require is also changing leading big companies as well as start-ups to use co-working spaces.

The event will kick off with a presentation from Heiko Himme, Head of Real Estate Central Europe at WeWork who will provide insides into this growing industry and a general overview of WeWork’s approaches to real estate. Heiko’s talk will be followed by Christian Meister, Head of Munich office at Hines. He offers insights on current trends in the office space and how changes in the occupier landscape (including co-working tenants) are impacting their approach to this fast evolving asset class.

A tour of WeWork Munich and common areas of the newly redeveloped OSCAR will take place after the presentations, led by Heiko Himme and Christian Meister.
