INREV is delighted to invite Young Professionals to register for the next UK INREV Summer Get Together to be held on 6 September in London.
Theme for the event will be the emerging of hotels as a mainstream asset class for institutional investors.
The afternoon programme will kick off with Chris Brassington, Fund Manager at Invesco Real Estate.
Chris will offer his insights into the hotel market outlook, covering drivers for demands, current investment trends as well as where IRE is seeing opportunities within the European marketplace from an investor perspective.
The programme will continue with Thijs Brugman, real estate professional at CitizenM who will share his experience in rolling out CitizenM, will talk about CitizenM overall strategy and their ingredients for success.
After the presentations, we hope to have the chance to visit Shoreditch with a guided tour and will end the evening at CitizenM Shoreditch with evening drinks.
