INREV is pleased to invite young professionals to register for the next German Summer Get Together in Hamburg on 18 July to discuss latest trends in investing in Student Housing.
Interest into student housing as emerging asset class is growing rapidly among institutional investors looking for alternative national and international investments.
In this session Hubertus Bäumer, Head of Institutional Property at Union Investment Real Estate and Christian Scheuerl, COO for Micro Living / Student Housing at MPC will provide an overview on the Student Housing sector into the European context with a special focus on Germany.
