Annual General Meeting 2018 (AGM)

You are cordially invited to attend the INREV Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 10 April 2018 at 18:00 at the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road in Dublin.

At the AGM the INREV Annual Report, Financial Statements 2017, the AGM 2017 Minutes and the 2018 Management Board composition will be on the agenda. All resolutions are mentioned in the notice of the meeting.

As a main representative of your company, with full membership you will have the opportunity to vote during the AGM. If you are not attending, you may wish to appoint a proxy by completing and returning the proxy form available on the following link.
To be valid, it must be signed and reach the INREV office no later than 18:00 CET on Friday 30 March 2018.

All members are welcome to attend the AGM but only members who are registered for the conference can join conference related events on 10, 11 and 12 April.

The formal notice of the meeting and accompanying papers will be made available 14 days in advance.

- This event is open for all INREV members.
- Confirmed delegates for the AGM do not automatically have a seat at the Annual Conference.
- Only confirmed Annual Conference delegates can join conference related events on 10, 11, 12 April.
- As a main representative of your company, with full membership you will have the opportunity to vote during the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
  If you are attending you may wish to appoint a proxy by completing and returning the proxy form available on our website. The notice of your
  appointment of proxy needs to reach INREV’s office no later than 18:00 CET on Friday 30 March 2018. Please note that you need to complete the form
  whether you are appointing another representative of your own company, or a representative of another member company.
- By registering for this event attendees give INREV express permission to use images taken of them at the event for reproduction.
