Conren Land snatches up office and commercial building in Düsseldorf

Real estate investor Conren Land has acquired the office and commercial building JEP3 in Düsseldorf from Rhenus Grundvermögen GmbH & Co. Entwicklungs-KG. The price tag of the forward purchase was not made public by the parties, but is estimated to be in the €20-30 million range. KKR’s opportunistic real estate fund sells four US self-storage assets for €74.3 million

KKR’s Americas opportunistic equity real estate fund has sold four self-storage properties for €74.3 million. The KKR Real Estate Partners Americas III fund has sold two properties in Austin, Texas, and an asset each in Phoenix, Arizona and Riverside, California in two separate deals to unnamed buyers.
