Aviva adds 7,600 square meters Dutch office building to portfolio
The global asset management arm of insurer Aviva has added a 7,600 square meters office building in the Netherlands to its portfolio. Aviva Investors said it has bought the Zuiderhof II building located in Amsterdam’s central business district, expanding its portfolio in the city. The building provides office space spread over eight floors and an on-site restaurant facility.
